Our Approach

Too much of home construction is about minimum requirements. We build better homes by using responsible construction techniques and concentrate on details that far exceed the standards of efficient, durable, healthy homes.

We approach any new project by first evaluating the home as a system in which we group the construction process into three categories: Smart Design, Energy Efficient Systems, and Recycled Materials. Each category is calculated to be efficient, durable, and healthy:

Efficient: The home uses minimal energy for maximum comfort. Over it's lifecycle, this reduces the impact on the earth's resources.

Durable: The home is well built and long lasting. Our homes require minimal maintenance so you can live in and not work on them.

Healthy: Living in and around buildings that increase your well being without adding distress.
